Stender is a self-taught artist and printmaker who predominantly works in screenprints and occasionally giclée prints. Born and raised in the East End of London, and growing up in the 70’s and 80’s he likes to combine popular culture and topical subjects from that era and now, into his works. The name Stender is taken from his proud roots of being an Ea(stender).
