John Sheehy is a compulsive artist and printmaker living and working in London. Born in 1947 in SW Ireland he moved to London and worked in the building trade. After some mental health issues and a period of homelessness, and through selling The Big Issue, he became involved in its art group. He began painting at the age of 51, and hasn't stopped since.
